There was a slight rollback when the crash occurred. Have you checked your other bags?

Even if it were lost, it's one ore type. Nothing that couldn't be reobtained. I'm sorry for your loss, but that's not something staff could really replace, because there's no way to prove what was lost.

They have many backups aryian. Certainly, if they could find a house bug and who did a house bug, they certainly could know what happened. They down the server, then the responsibility is theirs..

I wish you the best of luck, but I highly doubt they're just going to create you a stack of ore.

Maybe the stack of ingots may registered on items.txt, because i created the ingots minutes before the last save (before down).. I don't believe that i'm here discussing this.. Then i recommend: players be carefull when move items during save.. If you have a save world when you're holding an item, and server goes down after this.. Sorry, but you'll lose your item..

Just curious. You said that you were moving the ore minutes before the last save before the server went down. How close was that save to the server going down?

20-30 minutes i believe, because i melt all ores, moved it to another bag (when save occurred), started macro tailoring and went to college. After 15 minutes, i warned about the down.. When i arrive home, i'll check all my belongings, and believe that the ingots are there..

I can't give you an exact amount of time, but I am 99% sure that when he server came back, it had reverted to probably an hour before it crashed. We were near the end of a dungeon when we crashed it and when I logged in this morning, I was in the dungeon at the start. We didn't cover that dungeon in 20-30 minutes.
My point is, maybe you need to look for your ore wherever it was approximately 60 minutes before crash and not 20-30. Maybe it is gone and this won't help but it is worth a look.

No offense, but paging would have given you the answer from staff, and not other players. If you didn't want public opinions, you shouldn't have brought it to the forum.
