Player A has a tamed blue pet and is about to stable it. Both Player A and the pet are blue.
Player B who is waiting at the stables knowingly calls guards and kills the pet.
This action turns Player A grey. (this is the exploit[). This is a known bug which has been in the game dating back to the original Zuluhotel.
Player B then attacks Player A.
Player A heals to full and equips his bow and starts to auto attack Player B
Player B calls guards on Player A,
Player B then loots Player A.
Player B used the exploit (actus reus).
Player B attacking Player A , after calling guards, shows that this wasn't a coincidence and that Player B "intended" to kill Player A using this exploit. (mens rea).
Relevant Facts:
1. Player B is obligated to tell staff of all known bugs/exploits.

Using, abusing, or failing to report an error in the game which may give unintentional benefits will not go unnoticed for long, and may in return see you permanently lose stats, skills, characters or accounts depending on the severity of the bug abuse. If you find any exploitable bug, please report it immediately with either the in-game help system of PM an Admin the details of the bug. Not doing so will be severely punished.
There are in-game tools that we can use to track inconsistencies, so you will not get away with any major exploit for long if you choose to abuse bugs.
Any minor glitches/bugs may be reported in the Bugs and Suggestions thread in the forum or also by using the in-game help menu.
It is considered an exploit to mine anything through the floor of a house.
If you cheat and get items as an illegal benefit, you will lose greater than you received.
If you cheat and get skills and stats as an illegal benefit, you will lose greater than you received.
If you cheat and get powers you are not meant to you will receive a ban.
If you cheat and illegal take items from another player, you will have more items of yours handed over to that player.
You get my drift here."

It has been shown that Player B performed the act and had intent to exploit a known bug. Therefore, Player B should be reprimanded in some way and Player A should be compensated for damages caused. I also believe that this event should act as a precedent and this bug/exploit should be added to the rules as a known bug/exploit of game mechanics and should be punished in the future.
