well...the stealing will be updated? before the down of first ZH Dreams, we are able to steal without being Grey..
now i have 135 + 5 and even if a steal the baker (Difficult 40) i become outlaw...

well you are stealing it is a bad action you should turn grey. why would you expect anything less

this was discussed before the long down bro. and the GM's accepted, I didn't know the reasons but it was there.
even the Thief with Archery.

Considering the fact that stealing is a criminal action, and the Grey status means criminal, it seems fithing that it works this way. I hope this is not changed.

Only if you notice... maybe in real life even in game you have a friend in your house, he take some itens and you don't know that was he... hahaha
