Seems like the maximum number of fish steaks you can cook at a time is 10, available at what, 110 skill? Not only does that make Cooking take ages to max (sitting at 110 skill until 135) but it also takes an eternity to cook any bulk of fish steaks (more than 60k).
More tiers above 110 skill would be great. Like 12 at a time at 120, 15 at a time at 130, 20 at a time at 140 skill, and 30 at a time at 150 skill? This would make moneymaking and skill gain a lot easier.
