Well, yesterday afternoon I had the job of talking to the attacker, ask and practically beg for him to stop what he was doing. Ok he assured me that he would be doing no more, for he saw that spoil the fun of others was even being unfair. Ok, I came here in the forum and sent private messages to Dev Dreams, the Admins and Seer, sent message in the forum within the topic of the Dev Dreams in saying that would be closing the shard.Nao want to thank you for what I did, because I did because I also had my fun ending, but I would at least an opinion of Dreams or an Admin really will close the shard. Still awaiting a response.

Dreams has probably seen this and I'm sure he will take it into consideration. But it's not the first time the attacker has claimed to have stopped. There is a very high probability that another attack will come, sooner or later, and since Dreams was unable to find a way to protect against this kind of DOS attacks maybe he is not willing to take the risk and leave the shards fate up to some script kiddie again.
I for one hope that Dreams reconsiders and tries again, and I am one of many around here who would support him in what way I can.

Well every shard ends sooner or later due to ddos, corruptio, imbalance or lack of interest. I count every day I can play at a good shard as a win. I'd like it to be up again. If it goes down again in a week, so be it.

Talking to the ZH Dreams is free of attacks I can not guarantee, nor the own attack again, but I had a conversation with him and would have asked him to stop, because everyone was saddened by Dreams announced the closing of the shard, a action what he was doing, the ordered and almost begged him to stop, and that's what he told me he was going to do, stop the attacks. |

Well. it have no sense. he is scared to again attacks again soon if next person is again to revenge for banned or jailed. why should he want to again open for useless anti-ddos? or anti-floods?

must he to stopped banned to people ingame? what he to should choose. banned or ddos? world is unfair. no point to again running shard. if Dreams have to very strong mind to online shard. then i have big respect for him. cuz he 'll be strong as staff.

maybe in weekend or tonight. he can changed to mind and he 'll found out to how is coming back. he is doing to first his life than UO. maybe he still is thinking about now. we dont know.. we cant reading his mind..

Bom, ja se passaram horas que os ataques pararam e ainda nada de nenhuma noticia positiva sobre a volta do shard, gostaria realmente que o Dev Dreams reconsiderasse a reabertura, pois assim como eu, todos gostaram muito do shard. Por favor Dreams, nos de uma noticia por mais que seja ruiim, apesar de querer uma noticia boa. Apareça e reconsidere por favor.

Well, already passed hours that the attacks passed and still nothing of any positive news about the return of the shard, would really like the Dev Dreams reconsider reopening, as well as I all loved the shard. Please Dreams, in a news though it may be ruiim despite wanting good news. Come and please reconsider.
