Hi guys!

We are thinking about opening the shard again, we got pretty much everything ready to go with just some small adjustments left!
Hoping everyone is hyped and want to come back to ZuluHotel Dreams

I know last time ended a little abruptly and most people probably wonder wtf happened.
You all deserve an explanation and I will keep it rather short, a lot of stuff was happening in my life at the time.
A very close person in my life passed away, I was without a job and some kid was ddosing our servers.
It was just to much stuff happening at the same time so I decided to take the shard down.

This time we come better equipped with a ddos protection, a job at the side of UO and hopefully no death around us!


I hope that you are willing to give us another chance and that we will have a blast again!

Oh sorry, missunderstood your question. I was one of the few staffs here back then. GM Elthin, surely you must remember me if you played here.

Yes I am aware, heh and I have heard of Dreams before, just not yourself, and while you may be wary of expressing who you are, from the community of zuluhotel you must understand that the players will want to know who's involved in the project, because of the various mishaps in the past, and the amount of time and money that could be invested it would be best to take a transparent stance whilst you move forward with your project. I am a veteran of the community and I have never seen your name before. If you don't feel comfortable disclosing who you are from the community that is fine with me, but you can rest assured that people in the future will likely expect a little more. I hope you guys good luck in your adventure, I will probably pop in from time to time. Not that it means much but Catpants is trying to put a server up as well :/

Hehe i see. Yeah i'm not as known as dreams. I was invovled in the first unreal uo, and have helped out on others servers aswell. But most people would know me from dreams (people who played here before obviously). While people always suspect staffs for not telling everyone who they used to be, i don't see any reason why they have to know. Anyone wanting to play here is welcome and i hope knowing who my mortals used to be won't be a deciding factor in their choice. Best of luck on dekars shard

Glad to see projects like this still exist, and there might still be hope for a good server (even though I haven't played in so long) one day. Would be good if all you active developers join together...

Elthin, im wondering who you are now that you mention Unreal UO. I staffed there in all of its versions starting Unreal Legends with Jason (owner and creator). I undertook several staffing roles including developer during the majority of my stay.  Im assuming you speaking from the time that Ian Noble took over?

Either way: congratulations, good luck, and don't let the spirit die. I just watch from afar, hopefully one day things will settle and I can get back into this game.   

(For those wondering, I was the original Arowmir - later taken over by my cousin (Balian or Nick for whoever knows him). My later characters were named: Duke, Hades, Loki - (a theif) which I shared with Andys and King Avlis - within others characters that I forget. We all participated in the Brazilian "Elite"  guild on several ZH servers. Yes, it's been almost a decade since I stopped...)

Edit: Do you guys have an ETA of when the shard will be up? Are you putting up shard files (installer, custom files, allowed macro programs, etc) on the forum or on some other website? How many character per account is allowed, and how many accounts per user?

Hello Archaxe!
We are still putting some small pieces together before we are ready to open, but we are aiming on opening within 2 weeks!
Shard files and everything needed will get uploaded to the forum when we are closer to the opening date.
Account limitations is like last time 5(I think)characters per account and 5 accounts per ip .

While those accounts per ip might not be the optimal number its a good number to make everyone happy in their needs.

Hey Casanova. Acutually it was the very first unreal uo with jason as owner. I wasn't there when Ian took over. I started off by helping him with all the bugs i knew off. Eventually he wanted me as staff. And started off a seer i believe and ended up as head admin. Although i was only part of the project for maybe 2 months untill i quit playing/staffing.

I've also helped several shards with spawning and bug testing stuff. Be it chaotic realms (not the br one) some shard nagash had which i dont remember the name off. And also one that david had.

Glad to hear that. We would be happy to have you Arowmir. I remember back in the days that when you chose ultima online over work and lost your job haha.
This might have been on zuluhotel xtreme or something? I don't remember all the shards but might have been
