It is you. Make sure you use newest razor and pinpoint razor to zhdreams.exe and not client.exe. That should help it.

ah i had same problem from him. he needs load client to where ZH Dreams.exe then make these settings default.

Sounds to me like the shard files aren't properly installed to the UO directory. Try reinstalling the shard files, and be sure that you're installing the ZH DREAMS installer, not the optional that Nagash released. if you want the Nagash optional installer, you can install it over the basic install.
